Anchor Point Leadership · anchorpointleadership.org Effective date: September 11, 2026 Last updated: September 11, 2026

Anchor Point Leadership LLC ("Anchor Point," "we," "us") runs anchorpointleadership.org and the Be The One Conference. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, contact us, or register for an event, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

We keep it short and plain on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us at Cassie@anchorpointleadership.org.

1. Who we are

Anchor Point Leadership LLC 442 Century Ln, Holland, MI 49423, USA Email: Cassie@anchorpointleadership.org

2. What we collect

Information you give us.

  • Contact form ("Get Connected"). First name, last name, email address, your message, and which Anchor Point round table interests you.

  • Event registration. When you buy a ticket to Be The One, registration and payment are handled by TicketSpice, a third-party ticketing service. TicketSpice collects your name, email, ticket selection, and payment details and shares your name, email, and ticket information with us so we can run the event. We never see or store your full card number. If you buy a "Bring Someone New" ticket, you may give us your guest's name and email so we can check them in.

  • Sponsor inquiries. Our sponsor interest form runs on Google Forms and collects the business and contact details you enter there.

  • Direct contact. If you email, call, or text us, we keep the message and your contact details so we can reply.

Information collected automatically.

  • Site analytics. Our site is hosted on Squarespace, which collects standard visitor data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and referring site, and sets cookies to make the site work and to measure traffic.

  • Advertising and measurement tags. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Tag Manager. These tools record that you visited the site, which pages you viewed, and whether you clicked through to registration. They may set cookies (for example, _fbp) and may send limited information to Meta and Google, which those companies match against their own records to measure our ads and to show ads to people who visited the site. See Section 6 for how to opt out.

  • Fonts. Some pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When they load, your browser sends your IP address to Google.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, financial account numbers, or health information through the site, and we do not ask you to provide them.

3. How we use it

  • To answer your message and connect you with the right Anchor Point group or person.

  • To register you for events, send confirmations and event details, check you in, and follow up afterward.

  • To send you news about future Anchor Point gatherings and the Be The One Conference. You can opt out at any time (Section 6).

  • To understand how the site is used and to measure whether our advertising is working.

  • To run and improve the site, keep it secure, and prevent misuse.

  • To comply with law and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Who we share it with

  • Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Cassie@anchorpointleadership.org. We will respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first. We may keep information we are required to retain by law, or that we need to complete an event you registered for.

7. How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages and event registration records for as long as we need them to run our programs and stay in touch, typically up to three years after your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer. Site analytics data is retained according to Squarespace's, Google's, and Meta's own retention settings.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including hosting on platforms that encrypt data in transit, restricting who on our team can access registration records, and never storing payment card numbers ourselves. No website or service is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our site and events are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, email Cassie@anchorpointleadership.org and we will delete it.

10. Visitors from outside the United States

Our site and events are operated from Michigan, USA, and our service providers process data in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, including TicketSpice, Google Forms, and our sponsors' sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before providing information to them.

12. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For significant changes, we will also post a notice on the site or email people who have registered for an event.
